Anpan is a popular Japanese sweet roll traditionally filled with anko(red bean paste), but can also be filled with shiro-an (white bean) or even goma (black sesame). Less like a traditional soft roll, this anpan is similar to a brownie and will have you on cloud nine with its rich chocolaty goodness. With such intense flavors, this anpan can be best enjoyed sliced into small pieces and eaten with our hand-selected tea pairing this month!
