• Minimum: 15 boxes
• Cost: +$5 per box

Custom Ribbon

Customize your ribbon with your company logo for an elevated branded presentation.

• Minimum: 100 boxes
• Cost: +$5 per box
• Lead time: 2 weeks

Yes. We require a minimum order of 10 boxes for corporate gifting orders.

If you're sending gifts to fewer than 10 recipients, you can place your order directly on our website.

If you need to ship your order to multiple addresses, please submit a Request a Quote form. Our team will help coordinate your order and shipping details.

Lead time depends on whether your order includes any customizations.

Standard Orders (no customizations)

• Under 100 boxes: Please contact us at least 2 weeks before your desired delivery date.
• 100 boxes or more: Please place your order at least 3 weeks before your desired delivery date.

Orders with Customizations

Customizations require additional production time before shipping:

• Gift Wrap + Card: +1 week
• Washi Gift Box: +1 week
• Custom Card: +1 week
• Custom Ribbon: +2 weeks

These production times are added to your base lead time.

We Ship Directly on Your Behalf

If you have the shipping addresses and phone numbers for all your recipients, simply complete the address sheet we provide and send it back to us.

Once we receive the completed address sheet, we’ll process the orders and ship each box directly to the specified recipient.

Please note: For Bokksu Boutique gift items, additional shipping costs may apply when shipping to multiple recipient locations.

Our boxes ship directly from Japan. Timing varies due to international transit and customs.

• Free Standard Shipping: Typically 1–2 weeks from ship date, but may take up to 3 weeks during customs or postal delays.
• Express Shipping (optional): 4-6 days from ship date (+$14.99 per box).

We offer free standard shipping for Bokksu Snack Box subscriptions to the United States and most countries worldwide. A few locations are only eligible for express carrier delivery and require an additional shipping fee:

• Brazil, Chile, Peru: +$4.99 per box
• Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon: +$14.99 per box

For other Bokksu Boutique orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and any applicable import duties for the destination country.

• Shipping rates vary depending on the items in your order and the delivery address.
• Orders of $199 USD or more shipped to a single address (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping to eligible destinations.
