"I had the plum chips once previously, and they did not disappoint the second time. They have a good thickness, being crisp but not hard. If you do not like sour things, particularly citric acid, it may not be for you, but as someone who loves sour citrus and candy but does not like vinegar, this is a nice sour alternative to salt and vinegar chips, and the ume and shiso flavors manage to give it a fruity, earthy taste without being overtly sweet or savory. It is not sour enough to evoke a challenge or hurt your tongue after a few chips, but you can definitely taste the acidity."
