"These are such a great buy for the price! They are more filling than they look. They arrived soft and beautifully packaged. We were surprised at how subtle yet flavorful they were -- not overly sweet, but somehow packed with real, fresh apple flavor. They are subtle in that beautiful way that so many Japanese sweets are. They didn't have visible caramel, but the deep flavor was definitely in there. Really satisfying-- even though they appear smallish, they are filling and having just one with some hot tea or coffee is perfectly filling and satisfying."
