The color of the tea is a beautiful green, not the brownish yellow that most green tea i drink ends up being. i followed the directions and only steeped for about a minute. It wasn't at all bitter, which is also another thing i run into with green tea. There was enough flavor left in the bag for an additional cup! I will order more in the future."
